Troubleshooting

Here are a couple tips to fix problems you might be having:

- If you attempt to load the test in a browser and it does not pop up, you probably have a pop up blocker turned on.  Turn it off and retry.  If you do not know how to turn it off VISIT THIS PAGE

- Always make sure your internet browser is up to date.  How?
  Firefox:
  a) Click "Help" button on top bar
  b) Select "About Firefox"  This will auto update the browser
 
  Chrome:
   a) Click three dots in top right  corner of browser. 
   b) Select "Help"
   c) Select "About Google Chrome"  This will auto update browser

  Microsoft Edge:
   a) Click three dots in top right  corner of browser. 
   b) Select "Help and Feedback"
   c) Select "About Microsoft Edge"  This will auto update browse

  Safari:

  a) Open the App Store. Click the Apple menu icon in the top left-hand corner of your screen.
  b) Go to the Updates tab.
  c) Find and activate the Safari update.
  d) App Store will now update Safari on macOS.
  e) Safari is now up to date.

- Resolution Errors (Your resolution must be set at higher than 1024x768

How to change your resolution on a Windows 10 machine
- From the desktop you will right click on the mouse, select Display Settings, select Display Resolution, change to higher than 1024x768.  If your device will not go higher than 1024x768, you will not be able to take the test; change devices.
